EuroSciPy 2023 Feedback

There should be a better guided transition between CI/CD and Python packaging.

TODO's:

Action to connect to the runner for debugging: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/debugging-with-ssh
Writing a pre-commit hook for detecting keys, ... https://github.com/pre-commit/pre-commit-hooks/tree/main#detect-private-key
Put linting to pre-commit, and avoid repetition.
Make recommendations explicit.
