Create a collection of commands in mongoDB that has the current commands, and make them configurable.

I.E if a command required janitor role, the administrator can modify it to also allow moderation role

• Create mongodb Schema, and model

• hide commands and command groups from users who dont have the required permissions.

• Check if user has permission before using command

• Check for janitor / moderation role
