Our options for a browser are as follows:

1. Using Microsoft Visual Studio to make a GUI app for C++, then implementing their IEWEbBrowser Interface
   PRO: Easiest build, can test our code easily without setup on the browser front
   CON: Uses same setup as IE. Not cross platform
2. Using QT and HTML parser
   PRO: Cross-platform, slight stepping stone
   CON: No standard library for HTML parsing, have to build own visuals, documentation difficult
3. Using QT and self-built parser
   PRO: All code built in house, so understandable easily. Most customizable, can implement python at base level without modifying severely 3rd party libraries
   CON: Lots of work, biggest time commitment for browser code vs. python code.
4. Using a lightweight open-source browser
   PRO: No set up for viewing HTML/CSS/JS, can focus all on python
   CON: Will be hacky to add python unless we rewrite fundamentally the browser
