Provide a way to customise the rules that are enabled
Feature request
The desired structure or formatting of test files may differ between projects. It'd be great if rules could be enabled/disabled using a NEON file and if custom rules could be added.

Provide custom error type for parse errors
Feature request
Parse errors can not be ignored but they're currently reported in the same way as lint errors. They should be differentiated in case we implement ignoring of errors.
