How to add context actions to default template?

This is not an issue, but a question:

How can I add context actions (edit, delete) to each sub item? Any suggestions? Thank you very much!

How to show uneven height children

In content layout i have different types of control. How this will work on header click?

Update: By doing below changes i have implemented this.
Remove HeightRequest property from __content.
