docker run fails when providing -e AGENSGRAPH_DB

Condition: When using -e AGENSGRAPH_DB=<somedbname> in docker run.

Error: agens: FATAL: database "agraph" does not exist

Line that fails CREATE GRAPH docker_graph

It seems it always expects 'agraph' to exist rather than using the custom db name.

libpq.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I am getting error ""agens: error while loading shared libraries: libpq.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" while trying to deploy the docker image using openshift web console.
Can you please help? Please share the template file that can be used to deploy the docker via openshift web console
