TypeError: Cannot destructure property 'encryptionKeyId' of '(intermediate value)' as it is undefined.

I've followed prompts from kilt-distillery-cli and created an app from recipe, but I am getting this error:

TypeError: Cannot destructure property 'encryptionKeyId' of '(intermediate value)' as it is undefined.

setup claimer test credential not working

When trying to setup claimer test credentials trough the cli I get the following error:
