Ignore classes, but still counting credits

Some classes is required but its result only counted as passed or failed. I'm talking to classes like English, PE, ..etc.

Given 2 duo-existing course code with different grades. using unordered_set will not be a good idea.

Consider changing to set, with conditions (e.g overloading the citeria to enlist these courses)

Textart should be optional, since some reports only have a table. I suggest adding --no-textart as an argument.
