stuff to do in quac:

clients.php
-- (2) improve load time of main page(?) maybe load a partial amount of clients for the list and then load again when scolling down
-- e-mail function needs to be finalized by making images copy/pastable in message form 
-- make function to view ALL clients (active and inactive)

tickets.php
- ticket saving mechanism needs to be finished [ DELETING ONLY DELETES TICKET NOT ROWS ]
-- change mil. time to AM/PM
-- (2) make tip function work (with tip table in DB)

employees.php
-- make tickets.php transfer employee service/product data to employee file for payroll later
-- make function to view ALL (active and inactive)  employees and make sure inactive button works
