Be able to set the max amount of members per empire, json file with settings

When the player disconnects disable the chat empire for that player, so he needs to enable it each time that he connects.

If a player has enabled the chat empire (/chat_empire) and send the message -.-' this message is not sent to the empire but to everyone.

A player is not aware when he has the empire chat enabled / disabled -> Show an icon or text to notify him

An emperor can quit an empire being the only player with the /leave_empire, this makes an empire with 0 players.

Let a empire's member to invite players to the empire WITHOUT the need of applying

Add more info such as members, colonies, colonist and so on

When a player connects send him a message if there is any application to the empire.

The player must have enough permissions to manage applications

The color of the text is not right.

Add a Tab to show relationships to differents empires

Since this mod is oriented to multiplayer, it should be a good idea to create commands to allow the server's staff to manage the empires.
