• rename lookup() to search()
• entry class named Division built around sqlite3.Row
• database class & instance named divisions (pycountry uses subdivisions)
• stack() method per GB2260.py, aliases for other attributes

Currently using old code from https://code.google.com/p/python-jianfan/, no longer mantained (mirrors: 1, 2).

Replace with https://github.com/hermanschaaf/mafan.

v0.1 used the 2012 codelist, released in 2013 (version=2013-08-31).

Replace with the codelist version=2015-09-30.

• make any updates to the code necessary to correctly import it.
• add imports of the 2012 and 2014 codelists to the test suite.

lookup() raises LookupError for multiple different conditions; this makes it hard(er) for code to understand what type of exception has been encountered during a lookup. Add subclasses.
