While using the new feature to increase the version manually Commit link I ran to the issue that not only the version of my app has been overwritten, but also all the crates with a version matching the current version of my app.

I assume that the tool makes a search and replacement through the whole file which caused this problem. I'll suggest using TOML parser to replace the version in the app section only

For enhanced IO functionalities, this project should bind aeruginous-io as a dependency.

It would be useful to have more options on comment-changes command to enable using it in GitHub actions with a schedule like daily or weekly...

Currently, there is the --depth option to choose how many commits to analyze which will be set to one in almost all cases with the action launching after each PR since it's hard to figure out how many PRs has been pushed since the last run from inside the GitHub action itself.

To make this workflow easier I have two suggestions in mind and we can pick on of them:

• Add a new argument like --sha_depth that will accept the SHA of the commit to analyze to. This way the GitHub action should maintain and update the last documented commit SHA to provide it to Aeruginous.
• Use an argument like --sha_depth_path which will be a path to file where the SHA of the last documented commit can be maintained from Aeruginous itself. This way Aeruginous can read the SHA, use it the no override it with the last documented SHA.

With both options we still need a way to tell the Action to stop creating PR if there are no changes since the last run.

It would be useful to give the users the flexibility to use both options 'Squash and merge' and the normal merge PR in their repos and still have all of them documented properly with Aeruginous by creating a logic to make it intelligently choose the right source to analyze from.

The logic I have in mind is to search for the categories in both comment's summery and body and choose the one that contains one of the categories. And if not it will fallback to body if the -b flag is active or to summery otherwise.

For that we can add a new argument like --intelligent_search which can be combined with --body and --fallback_category

Change the title of this project in CITATION.cff to Aeruginous.
