Starting from Atom v1.13.0, the contents of atom-text-editor elements are no longer encapsulated within a shadow DOM boundary. This means you should stop using :host and ::shadow pseudo-selectors, and prepend all your syntax selectors with syntax--. To prevent breakage with existing style sheets, Atom will automatically upgrade the following selectors:

• atom-text-editor::shadow .topic-title.wiki => atom-text-editor.editor .syntax--topic-title.syntax--wiki

• atom-text-editor::shadow .topic-decoration.wiki => atom-text-editor.editor .syntax--topic-decoration.syntax--wiki

• atom-text-editor::shadow .filepath.wiki => atom-text-editor.editor .syntax--filepath.syntax--wiki

• atom-text-editor::shadow .filepath.wiki => atom-text-editor.editor .syntax--filepath.syntax--wiki

• atom-text-editor::shadow .constant.string.wiki => atom-text-editor.editor .syntax--constant.syntax--string.syntax--wiki

• atom-text-editor::shadow .example.wiki => atom-text-editor.editor .syntax--example.syntax--wiki

• atom-text-editor::shadow .note.wiki => atom-text-editor.editor .syntax--note.syntax--wiki

• atom-text-editor::shadow .output.wiki => atom-text-editor.editor .syntax--output.syntax--wiki

• atom-text-editor::shadow .syntax.wiki => atom-text-editor.editor .syntax--syntax.syntax--wiki
