dux should print a dot everytime it uploads or downloads a file, a la bazel

Files in the project directory shouldn't be in the dependencies config, so we should ignore all files in the project directory and subdirectories. (This is a heuristic but safe in most cases; we'll add a flag to turn off if necessary.)

Right now I've set everything to 777 so that stuff works, but this is badTM

i.e. dux -c ./build.sh is fine, but dux -c sh build.sh is not. For extra fun, dux -c "sh build.sh" succeeds but creates an empty configuration file without actually executing the build.

I expect all of these to succeed.

Otherwise, even if Dux downloads files to the places that the build expects them to be, existing build tools will look in the wrong places.

Otherwise its difficult to know that it's making progress!

Ideally, it would have the exact same syntax as a .gitignore file

There are many basic system files that will trivially differ on all sorts of machines that are probably not relevant for most projects. We should have a blacklist of such common system files so they don't pollute configs (and it could be user-configurable in case there are various project-specific ones, or maybe one of these "fake dependencies" is actually relevant for that particular application)

Possible good candidates for a backend:

• a simple webserver, running on some URL
• S3
