Hey, is there a way to disable double optin in plugin?

I tried something like: p.double_optin = false;

But that just blocked everything and my form didnt worked.

I have this implemented the way your instructions describe but I receive this error:

Hi there! I think there is an error in your form example. Instead of:

ng-model="mailchimp.email"

You must uppercase email like this:

ng-model="mailchimp.EMAIL"

Instead you are getting "Blank email address" error

I added the form to my AngulaJS application and added some bootstrap classes to style the form. But every time I test the form I get the error message "Blank email address" even if I clearly typed an email.

Any hint?

The module has hardcoded the fields that it can use. If I want to use custom fields than it will fallback silently to the HTTP POST request.

I'll submit a pull request for this.

Looks like an </div> too many in the Readme example form.

Saw that you made a change elsewhere but the readme still shows this and it was super confusing when trying to get it setup.

when i go here https://rails-assets.org/components/new and try to add your component, it reports angular-mailchimp has no versions defined. Please create an issue in component's repository.

I think you need to add a release or tag (like ngDialog has done https://github.com/likeastore/ngDialog/releases).

I'd love to be able to pull this from rails assets.

I'm using ghost-blog.

• angular-mailchimp.js is loaded with status code 200 OK.
• when I remove the mailchimp dependency the code works again
