[Design] Board data structure

I'm trying to think of how to structure the kampung-kampung (hollows, bins) on the board such that we can cleanly support every operation in the game.

(1) The main operation is distributing seeds from one kampung around the board. In this operation, there's no difference between kampungs and rumahs, and no difference between one's own or enemy kampung-kampung - the seeds just go around the board. However, the distinction does become important once again when the last seed lands.

(2) Secondly, there is the thing about mouse controls. Presumably players control the board by clicking on one of the bins, and they might even see a cursor when they're hovering over a valid selection.
We need to trigger the distribution operation only from whatever is a valid selection in the current turn - the player's own kampung.
