Hey, is it somehow possible to use middleware per subdomain and not per app?

Could you please add basic Typescript typings so that it is easier to use this in typescript projects?

In koa it's possible to chain use:

app
  .use(firstMiddleware())
  .use(secondMiddleware())
  .listen(3000)

Is it possible to make subdomain.use('one', router).use('two', router) ?

can you give me a config example of nginx?

        listen 80;
        server_name *.example.com;
  
         location / {
                 proxy_pass http://127.0.0.1:3000/;
                 proxy_redirect off;
         }

can this one work perfectly?

It would be great to have a changelog, as a file or in github releases to quickly understand what's new. For example, a major update was released (v3), but it's hard to understand what has changed.
