Context
The day 1 todos use this link to join the team of the repository:

This link is used for external people to join the team.

Problem
This link is not working.
Maybe because the team is invisible, I think. I can not access it with an other Github account.

Possible solutions
There are these solutions I see, to get the people into the group

• make the group visible and allow other people to join themselves
• invite the participants
• add @niccokunzmann as a maintainer so he can figure it out
