`createImageData` not handled well
We record it as
["$902","createImageData",[64,64],"#ImageData"],
so and don't keep track of the object identity or contents when we putImage it.
Recording `uniform4fv(location, data, srcOffset, srcLength)` records all of `data`
When we record calls to uniform4fv(location, data, srcOffset, srcLength) we encode the entire data array instead of just srcLength. This causes us to record the entire emscripten heap when using uniform4fv from emscripten.
RangeError: too many function arguments
I get this when try to use canvas-rr on Google Meet with a virtual background.

add the ability to convert a recording to source code
This is helpful for being to edit and refactor recordings in more complex ways then allowed by the recording json format.
examples:
- replace snapshotted images with urls to real resources (like video)
- loop over certain parts of the recording.
`toBlob` doesn't seem to handled well
It shows up as:
["$3","toBlob",[null,"\"image/png"]],
which doesn't replay
Warn in console when replayed function return values don't match recording
Injection can be blocked by CSP
This is only an issue in Firefox because of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1446231
