Not sure what you mean by "progress bar" -- I guess you mean the planning area, right? (Maybe add a screenshot)
@ovitovec Isn't the feature kbss-cvut/react-maintenance-planner#53 solution for this requirement? What do you think?

Additional requirements:
- Remove
/restriction plans - Differentiate electrical / hydraulic power.
- Add to resources?
- Color to legend?
- Merged restriction plans should have reference to task card plans that require the restriction
- Highlight tasks ?

Sorry I meant value in the sense, is this ticket valuable for you right now, considering these restrictions plans are not linked to tasks? (if I move one restriction plan, no tasks will move accordingly, you would have to move them manually)

@kalamartin @LaChope If I understand correctly you are asking if we have data to calculate the restriction plans (e.g. el. power on/off). The answer is yes. We have a version of the planner (not deployed at https://kbss.felk.cvut.cz/csat/plan-manager) which shows the restriction plans at the top in the planner.
The version should comply with the requirements:
- / restriction plans are removed
- Differentiate electrical / hydraulic power - information added to title of the tasks. Alternatively it could be distinguished as a resource row.
- Merged restriction plans should have reference to task card plans that require the restriction - references are added.

- IRI finishing with cvut/plan-manager should show the plan manager app HOT 3
- Test
