The repo currently has a very old mailsend.exe binary in it as well as a dll. These work in Windows 7 64bit, but at some point we need to be able to build this from source again, preferably for different OSs.

Re-create the mailsend app for Mailstation, this would allow one Mailstation to bootstrap another without the use of a PC in the middle (and would be a testbed for direct p2p communication).

Create a "stage 2" loader app. This would be more full featured, better integrated in to the Mailstation OS, etc. This would overwrite the smaller app.

Once this is done, the original loader app can be shrunk down even further. Remove more of the app header. Will result in invalid/blank name in addition to no icon, but would be ~10 bytes smaller or so.

For example, to allow other images to be imported/used under src/demos/drawimage/ or src/demos/channels/ Could also test to see if RLE works better for a particular image and optionally encode it with that.

This is going to be beneficial in moving forward with developing other applications and tools. Having a single include that can readily call Mailstation built-ins will save on code we need to write and call, presuming we can call it safely.

Realistically, this might not work for every firmware version, but that bridge can be crossed when we get to it.

I've noticed a few times when sending files around, something is just ever so slightly off. A typo, incorrect line contents, etc. But everything seems to run well enough. A CRC would help with this.
