I recommend to add the property:
white-space: nowrap;
to the css properties for:
.sub_fab_btns_wrapper button[data-link-title]:hover:after
This way, the text which appears on sub button hover is always on one line, centered with the sub button.
I think this is more elegant, IMHO.

I have it set up like this and it hides the text. I'd rather have it open to the left.

I see that you added to show text on hover sub-buttons, but how I show text when hover the main button?
