Rename the project to Carbonize

Hello dear,
Still interested about collaboration on carbon blazor, lets have à meeting!

Problems

• ClassMapper does not save the class on initialization and when the component need to update, the class is re-written.

• Some components need multiple mappers, like OverflowMenu.cs, so multiple instances of ClassMapper will be created.

Solution

• Store references to parameters and their associated classes.

• Add Dictionary<string, Func<bool>> to ClassMapper. Where TKey is the class name for the component. And TValue is a func. And if need to update a concrete component, call the next method in the ClassMapper: ClassMapper.Update(string component). Where component is TKey.
