This code for people have a laptop gaming doesn't contain webcam and want to run streaming video with opencv(Like me :0 ).

install opencv library from terminal

pip install opencv-python

1.install IP Webcam app :

• The App for android phones.
• The App for IOS phones.

2.make sure your phone and your PC or laptop connect to same local Network.

3.open the app and press start server then get the ip from down (in my example http://192.168.1.102:8080).

4.After that put the ip in the Var address.

you can connect your phone by usb and run usb for USB thethering that make your connection more speed and stablity and you can use this way when you ddint have a wifi or local Network to conect your Devices in it.
