This project is a multimedia application that allows users to edit videos. It is built using the .NET framework and the Emgu.CV library, which is a .NET wrapper for the OpenCV library. The application provides functionalities such as deleting a part of a video, moving a part of a video, adding a watermark to a video, saving a video, changing the FPS of a video, resizing a video, creating a video from photos, merging videos and adding stickers to a video.

This project runs on the .NET framework version 4.6.1 and uses Windows Forms for the graphical user interface. To install and setup the project, follow these steps:

1. Install the .NET framework version 4.6.1 if you haven't already.
2. Clone this repository to your local machine.
3. Open the project in Visual Studio 2019.
4. Go to Project -> Manage NuGet Packages.
5. In the NuGet Package Manager, go to Browse and search for "Emgu.CV.runtime.windows".
6. Install version 4.2.0.3636 of the "Emgu.CV.runtime.windows" package.
