The displayed animation must be realized exclusively using HTML and CSS languages ​​and in doing so use the approaches that have been covered in the course so far. To realize the displayed animation, it is necessary to use the following terms of the CSS language:

• linear gradients;
• filters;
• CSS animations;
• 2D CSS transformations;
• Pseudo-elements.

Notice that the glow behind the animated circle is made of multiple colors, which follow the colors of the circle.
