Add Meta Tags for discovery in search engines.

1. In Technical and Cultural, remove FA email IDs and add Club Email IDs, just after the name of the club. Also remove the empty column between the contact no and fa. Also, remove anu empty rows.
2. Update research contacts as well.

On the senate page, the btech 2020 branch representatives are not there. They need to be added.

You ha to update the details in literary.html page.

As can be seen in the image, the photos are oval in shape. They should be a perfect circle. For that, in the CSS, height should also need to be mentioned and with the same value as width.

Hint: Inspect the element and try playing with CSS adding height: 150px and then find where to add this in the code.

As seen in this screeshot, 1 commits does not look good, it should be 1 commit.

This logic is generated by javascript, so something can be tweaked there to have a condition. The specific code is currently here
