The values should be divided by 1000 (H and Q)

Les observations ont les unités suivantes :

mm pour les hauteurs d'eau (diviser par 1000 pour convertir en mètres) ;
l/s pour les débits (diviser par 1000 pour convertir en m3/s).

We should filter the stations according the property date_fermeture_station

At the current time we perform one request per station, which leads to a large number of requests. It should be better to create batch of stations and retrieve all data at once to reduce the number of requests and improve the job performances.

Use single yml file

It seems that some stations are providing data about reference flood levels like "Crue du 15 octobre 2018: 7.66 m". It would be interesting to gather this information in order to visualize it with measures.
