Thesis project was conducted at DTU in 2019/20

All results were described in the Master Thesis report.

Here below there is an instruction on how the code was organized and what is the way to walk throught the repository.

In the project eo-learn python library was used and all data was obtained from Sentinel Hub platform. All the code was included in Jupyter Notebooks and primarly divided into 5 parts:

1. data acquisition
2. data pre-processing
3. data mining
4. model training
5. result production

Inside each folder notebooks were numbered accordingly to the flow of usage. Each notebook has its own purpose and shows it is commented in details
