How can I use my own datasets?

Hello! Thank you for your contribution! Your project is very helpful to me, but now I have a question, how can I start training this model using my own dataset of png images instead of using tif format images? Thank you for your answer.

  2. malis needs to be installed from GitHub due to new updates which are not reflected in pip install
  3. colorcet needs to be installed

Hello,
I am a student performing my thesis at the University of Bremen. I am using your method for my thesis. I tried following all these steps mentioned in the repository, but when I run the code this error pops up:

Has anybody faced the same issue?
Can you help me with this?
