It's throwing a warning for (...items) => {}. In this case the parentheses are required.

Should make tslint a peer dependency

Seeing cases where sometimes jsx-attribute-value-spacing doesn't pick up invalid cases.

incorrectly becomes

import 'a';
import 'b';
import * as z from 'z';
import { x } from 'y';

when it should be

import 'b';
import 'a';
import * as z from 'z';
import { x } from 'y';

The following fails to lint and the parentheses are required in this case.

Properties on a class are triggering this rule, not just methods with TypeScript 2.1.4

Right now there is a peer dependency to typescript, that doesn't include typescript 3 and above: "typescript": ">=2.1 <=3.0". Since typescript 3 has been released for a while, it would be good to update this dependency to allow tslint-misc-rules to be used with typescript 3.
