CircleCIでテストが失敗する

概要

#19 を実装してから、CircleCIでのみテストが失敗するようになった。
原因を調査し、修正する。

Docker環境を構築したい

背景

開発当初はVagrantで開発を行っていたが、Ansible化しておらず、ポータビリティが良くない。
Dockerで環境を構築することで、家でも会社でも動かせるようにしたい。

期待値

家でも会社でも、ユニットテストが動く。
