Use the Galacticraft API to detect the dimensions and their names.

• Serialize config file
• Generate default config file
• Hot reload (wont require game restart

Get Space Race information using the Galacticraft API.

If Extra Planets detects Galaxy Space it appends EP on the end of planet names that the two mods share, this allows for 0% loss of content but breaks rpc as it uses the name of planets to generate the image string.

Add some way of checking to updates and showing them to the user.

Once Galacticraft: Rewoven is in a somewhat stable state I'll make a Fabric version of GC-RPC and support Galacticraft: Rewoven.

Describe the bug
Minecraft crashses when loading a world or entering a server with this mod while in a space station dimension

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a space station
2. Log out/save and quit
3. Log back in/load world

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10 Pro 1909
• Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
• Version: 1.12.2-2.1.1

Additional context
Crashes with error: "java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -2"

Just a small suggestion, but it would be nice to be able to change what it says in the playing tag for people who play private modpacks.

like for example an option where it has

"playing_text": "Galacticraft"

inside the config as the default and you are able to change it to whatever you like and have it show up on discord

"playing_text": "in space"

When visiting the asteroids rpc only shows the text "Exploring Asteroids" with no image.

Describe the bug
Client freezes and then crashes when trying to go through a portal for Aroma1997s Dimensional World

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a modpack
2. Install these mods
3. Make and go through Aroma's dimensional world portal to mining dimension
4. Crash

Expected behavior
Clean portal transition into mining dimension.
