Enable ability to record calls. Easy enough to turn on, storage is the real issue.

Can easily attach recorded calls to tickets that reach the technician properly, but if they route through helpdesk we would need to specify a place to store those.

Storing on twilio is an option, but I assume most would rather the script download and store them somewhere due to twilio's monthly storage cost for recordings.

Not all companies use 6 digit tickets.

Goal would be to have SMS abilities through Slack which post updates to ConnectWise.

Allow for a night mode switch that cuts over at X time and returns at Y time where it has different options for after hours support.

Enables the ability to have callers hold while you wrap up a call. Not sure if possible.

Read back and confirm ticket number to avoid transferring to the wrong technician
