Yeah, but the seasons / episodes in question have never actually been scanned, and the plugin does not have fingerprints / intros present.

Could you please check if your intros.xml file has entries with <IntroEnd>0</IntroEnd> in it?

Could you test if commit 155 resolves the issue for you? Simply replace the DLL in the plugin folder and then restart Jellyfin to apply the update. It's also a good idea to create a backup of your XML files beforehand.

Do you still have entries with <IntroEnd>0</IntroEnd>?

No entries with <IntroEnd>0</IntroEnd> anymore

I would guess there was probably something as minuscule as a single character somewhere in there that wasn't properly parsed and was preventing it from being read correctly. Usually, anything other than English has to be parsed because code is based in English. Sometimes the parsing isn't perfect or gets a bug.

I'm not sure about that, as it happened to entire seasons (about 50% of my library)? all of my episodes are automatically renamed when put in Jellyfin's file system.

However, the issue has been resolved for me since at least v0.2.12, and all intros and credits are correctly picked up now (in that same directory). If nobody else experiences this issue anymore, we could close it imo

Thank you for your work on the plugin!

It only lists seasons where some episodes need their intros scanned again (or don't have an intro), not seasons where all intros are already known.

I can confirm the issue. I have the same problem.

Yes, there are a lot of entries with <IntroEnd>0</IntroEnd> in it

For me, it doesn‘t work. What is strange, from one TV series I have season 4-7, but Intro skipper shows me Season -1 and the episodes from Season -1 are from Season 7.

The Season -1 comes direct from Jellyfin.

Having the same issue. Added a new show today, it only scanned and created EDL files (the option is enabled) for 1 season out of two.

They all have the same English name, e.g. Breaking Bad, and the only difference is the audio language?

It's maybe related to #179
