Updated to server version 10.9.7, plugin version 0.2.0.12. Issue still occurs.

Wouldn’t it be funny if the reason this became an issue was the lag to load things delayed the plugin past the loading time of the video and the plugin has gotten so fast that now it’s triggered before the loading finishes?
Jokes aside, it may actually be a timing issue. The video technically loads and then seeks to the resume time and the plugin might be outperforming that just enough to take the load time of 0 as the current time.
It would have to be the perfect storm, though. The default time, intro start, etc would all have to align.

I'm on 10.9.8 and v0.2.0.14 and this bug is also occurring for me.

South Park, but it isn't specific to it. It's occurred on other series too such as Star Trek TNG.

You can also use the skip button if you enable the plugin in the Jellyfin Media Player device settings.

I don't want it to skip, I'm already 10 mins into the episode. I don't want to go back to after the intro.

Certainly! You can disable autoskip and simply use the skip button to manually bypass the intro. The skip button should not appear if you start the episode in the middle.

I see, thanks for the tip. It's not that bad as I'm not resuming playback so often. I think it might be more tedious to click skip every episode instead of occasionally having to manually resume my place on some series. Auto skipping is just too awesome.
