turnoffxboxcontroller's Issues

Application stays in task manager

After turning off all the controllers, the application still stays in task manager, using around 1,2MB of memory.

A new instance doesn't kill the previous one, so the instances will pile up in the task manager. Please check: https://imgur.com/niDBJtl

The application is great, but is there anything to prevent it from staying in task manager?

Suggestion: Stay open in system tray

It would be cool of you could add a system tray option, so i can launch the app at startup and turn off my controller at any time by clicking the icon in system tray, instead of having to open the app every time. In my opinion it takes up too much space on my task bar for something that instantly closes again. Since i use Rainmeter, desktop shortcut i not an option for me either.

Preferred way would be a system tray icon

  • left clicking it will shut down all controllers
  • right click will show a "close app" option

Linux Support

It would be really cool, if I could turn off my Xbox 360 Controllers from Linux too.

The Linux Kernel has a built-in driver for these controllers.
