MPI process affinities

It seems there is currently no mention of MPI rank pinning. I take it that the user should take care of this before conducting a measurement. However, since depending on if one is pinning MPI ranks and to what cores specifically one can get very different measurement results it would probably worth mentioning in the README. What do you think?

Unable to install the MPIBenchmarks.jl

Hi,

I was trying to install MPIBenchmarks.jl by using Julia REPL. But getting an error, stating that the version of MPI.jl should be 0.20. And the latest version for mpi.jl is v0.19.2.

Update: I did install MPIBenchmarks.jl by changing the value in MPIBenchmarks.jl/Project.toml to MPI = "0.20, 0.19".
But now getting this error
