should work better with new ui

Instead of having to go back to / it would be better to be able to enter the new alrt through an input field directly, potentially where the current return to input link is currently.

either when a new one comes in or after x seconds

When using sequences, like 10s,90s,10s,90s it would be killer to have one row of something like this:

In the top left, right next to the return to input link.

For example, with the above mentiond alert and when you're in the 3rd timer, 10s and 90s would be marked as done, the 2nd 10s would be marked as active and the last one would have a third state.

The font is too thin on non retina displays

When the page is hidden, requestAnimationFrame won't be called, so the end notification won't be triggered.

Use requestAnimationFrame for drawing and setTimeout or encounter for counting.
