Make an official map translation to hardcore

  • choose the community's favorite official map
  • add drone nav meshes, menu, airstrike areas, player's spawn positions, camera position, drone areas, etc...
  • test it
  • add it to the maps

Refactor code to make it prettier and faster

  • regions need to be added to identity different sections of the script : declarations, settings, lifecycle methods... inspire on MarioPanadero.cs

  • some code might no be reached due to lack of some objects in the map (drone movement...)

  • rename variables where necessary to make it more beautiful

  • comment important methods to keep things clean and comprehensible

  • enhance methods that do a lot of iterations to be called strictly when necessary

  • dispose objects correctly in OnShutdown()

  • verify that OnStartup doesn't crash

Fix battle of teams 4

This map isn't working, it needs to be fixed and debugged.

  • fix map to make it playable

Put an accound id/password system

  • each player, at the start of his next match in server, will be asked, by whisper, to input a specific command allowing him to choose an username and password
  • the username will be either his account id, or if he has a pirate game, he'll choose his own.
  • the password will allow the player to access his account at the start of the match
  • passwords won't be changeable for the moment

Make Hardcore an External and not Internal script

The script would be easier to test and deploy if it was an external script. Changes must be done to maps to make all the Map Dependant Data queriable from map objects rather than present in the script itself.

Fix reinforcements equipment

The equipment seems to fail deployment following user reports

  • check into it

  • if it fails, review the code

  • upload the generic script on all maps so it works everywhere

  • update servers with new map

Police Station Remastered Issues

This map is little broken bcs:

  1. Lift in Red Base Map Part in Blue Building is broken
  2. Concrete don't destroying fully
  3. In some buildings wasn't shadows (It was in Red Base Map Part and in Blue Base Map Part)

Expand overheat usage

  1. Currently only magnum uses overheat, I'd like to add it to M60 as well. Since M60 is not overpowered right now, and lowering the cost also is not really viable, I'd add a permanent scope to M60.
  2. Make it so that if the heat of the gun after firing is higher than 90%, the fired projectile is treated as fire ammo.

Flashbang not stunning players properly

FlashbangBug

Sometimes players will not get stunned even though they are in range of the flashbang.

This bug is independent of the amount of players, but highly dependent on the position of the player, so it took me a few tries to reproduce it.

Not sure if this is a priority right now.

Vote system to decide general settings on maps

Create a vote system via player custom commands that allows players to initiate votes on important settings

  • leave player's own skins
  • enable / disable certain weapons
  • kick someone
  • change map
  • dialogues or chat
  • rounds per map
  • any other ideas

We don't know if this map accepts bots or not. I have to:

  • check if dropping in bots works
  • if it doesn't, make the code drops bots in the correct place with a random class (equipment)
  • refactor the code a bit so that it gets more understandable
  • add paths nodes and connectors to the map so that bots can navigate trough the map

Add new levels to the game

16 levels is not enough.

Make levels harder to access and add some more items to latter levels.

  • add levels until 50

Data should be saved using the players account name / id and not the skin name

Players can steal somebody else's identity if they change their name to the name of another player. Implementing saving data by id would mean this is no longer possible, but all their progress will be lost.

Maybe state in here which players are the most important now that would need to preserve their data, then restore data in a case by case basis

Expand hacking/jamming

There no hacking available for reinforcements, airdrop and street-sweeper.

There is no jamming available for street-sweeper and drone call-ins. (Turrets placement also can't be jammed, but I would not change that)
