Make the javascript code auto-format to 72 character lines with gaps at whitespace characters.

Exceptions:

• Lines inside triple backticks ``` should be ignored
• Lines prefixed with four spaces should be ignored

Bitbucket paginates commits on a pull request. I believe there are 10 commits shown per page by default.

This tool currently only ever gets the first page, so its functionality no longer works properly if the PR has more than 10 commits.

I personally never go past 10 commits in my PRs, so I may not get around to this for a while. If someone comes along and wants this functionality, feel free to fork or make a PR.
