Fit the respiratory wave function
My sense is continuous wavelet transform is better here than fourier transform.
Ideally we would have some way to use both the X and Y coordinates for how each keypoint moves in space, but maybe it's simpler to take them separately for now.
Adapt code to read video clips
We probably want to allow for this to accept recorded video as well, so we can feed it baby monitor and Youtube clips. Currently the code is set to accept live camera feed.
