I’m getting a “range error: array size is not a small enough” on the scanner bit

When scanning from a file, use the last modified date as the timestamp instead of the current time

Add instructions to the app explaining what it is/does and why, i.e.

• scans NHS Covid 19 QR codes and stores them in the browser
• could be useful for anyone who cannot use the official app (not compatible with device, told not to, do not want to)
• useful log if contacted by track and trace
