I've noticed that although the store code is hidden, the links on my page have the store code in its url. For example I'm in the page mydomain.com/contact-us ( before it was mydomain.com/default/contact-us.html) when I click to contact by phone, the url is mydomain.com/default/phone.html and gives me a 404 error.

In my Magento site (ce-1.9.2.4) I changed the default store code to "private" and then I installed your extension.

But it didn't work as expected, the default store's store-code didn't get removed from url. What could be the thing behind this or this extension is built to only detect & remove "default" hard-codedly ?

All the links are working fine except the product review in the default language. How it can be fixed?

with another store id (not the default one), like /es/review/product/list/id/1210/ it works.

i have 7 languages with code, and its showing me 404 on defaullt with default url

i have installed your plugin. The problem is in fronted have every url the /default/ in the url but give a 404. How i can delete the "/default/" in the url?
without default is the plugin working

when i Hide Default Store Code then is the url www.domain.tld/index.php/api/xmlrpc not available.

Is there any idea to remove all store code from url? Please let me know if any way.

On what (store)level would you enable these settings?

storename = yes/yes?
or only on the store-view of the specific language?
