i want to know does this code can be run under windows(because the BSDS500 only can be run in linux) and what is the difference between your work and the official BSDS500 bench.

I want to conduct an experiment on VOC2012 dataset.

Hi,

I have an initial over segmentation result with labels going from 1,2,..N. I then create an hierarchy of results by merging them (parameters - 1 through 10). segs{1} = oversegment ... segs{10} = coarsesegment

I found fb using your code and fb from BSR code of P. Arbelaez PAMI paper. I get different results:
PAMI paper:
ODS - 0.68 OIS - 0.71

Your code:
odsF-0.024 oisF-0.024

I am using source io read_one_lep.m.
