spring-jooq-flyway-testcontainers-junit5's Issues

mvn clean test - issue with mysql connection

Hi Jakub (dzieล„ dobry)!

I'm trying to run your project on my local machine as I have a similar configuration in my personal project (spring + junit + jooq + flyway + testcontainers). I cloned the repo, but when I was trying to run

mvn clean test

I have got

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.flywaydb:flyway-maven-plugin:5.2.4:migrate (default) on project spring-jooq-testcontainers-mysql: org.flywaydb.core.internal.exception.FlywaySqlException:
[ERROR] Unable to obtain connection from database (jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/playground?useSSL=false) for user 'root': Communications link failure

I would like to know how did you manage to build the project (and run flyway-maven-plugin migration phase) before the test container has been started. Do I need to have a separate database instance to run flyway migration and JOOQ code generator and then junit will run integration tests against the actual testconainer? Or should it work in a different way? Thanks in advance. Cheers
