First of all, thank you for developing and sharing the project with the world.

This project is one of the first results (actually, it's second hit) that pops out in a github search for NNTP servers.

Although the project seems to be dead for some years now, a couple of minor tweaks can make a difference in the way the world may perceive it. Here are a couple of tips:

• updating the Readme file by releasing a markdown version

• adding relevant topics to the project page (i.e., NNTP, NNTP-server ) to help categorize the project

• doing an official v1.0 release to mark its current state

And how about updating the project to release a version of Papercut written in Python3?
