when upading -all-tests- only include tests prefixed by a `_`
valid tests name should always start with an underscore (eg: _some-test.js)
Error: node\r: No such file or directory
I have installed the global version on Mac (macOS Sierra v10.12.6).
I am getting the following error when I try to run $ bivariate
$ bivariate
env: node\r: No such file or directory
It may be caused by differences of encoding from Win and Mac. Is it the case? Is Bivariate coded on windows?
validate reference data is not "LOCKED" before allowing delete

when asking for both an onBefore and onReady script the before script is not created
