Instead of having to create a separate section for every revision of spec that comes out. The ability to add multiple revisions under the active one would make finding specs easier.

Example: The MS Specs that are now at revision E.

We should be able to Find all revisions of MS16629 under the Main Spec MS16629 Rev. E as active.

• When adding addition specs under one there is no way to insert the revision or any information surrounding it. This requires us to add each revision of the MS spec under a different spec addition.
• Maybe add a notes section for each spec as well, as some specs are superseded by another spec. (Example: some MS specs are superseded by an NASM Spec.
• Add section in each specification for customer part#'s that use that Spec. Make finding specs/prints able to be search by Spec. or Part#.

Recreate:

1. go to Purchases > Purchase Order
2. upper right, choose "new purchase order"
3. Choose a vendor (it autopopulates from vendors)
4. next screen go to add item

No items show up.

Added specification: Was then able to go into and edit specification after initially added.

Once specification was edited I received the "Page does not exist Error" when selecting the edit button as well as when clicking on the specification itself.

"Uploaded By" section is now empty and no longer has my name in it.

http://localhost:3000/items/1 exists

but if I goto http://localhost:3000/items nothing shows up.

This will work two fold if we need to locate a vendor that can perform specific processes.

Went to add a PDF file that was 1850 KB and received a "File Too Large" Error.

I attached the file I received the error on to this card.

Under each material to list a part number that uses that or when a print is added, the material listed would automatically list that part number under that material. So you have the ability to search any parts that use that material.
