Is there any reason, the CassandraUser's email and relevant properties is declared as internal?
It is quite difficult to extend the user model.

What is the reason to have 3 tables for users:

• users
• users_by_username
• users_by_email

Isn't possible to have one table with username and email as cluster keys?

I using ASP.NET MVC5 had update all package. But when build Example CastleWindsorExample and CassandraAuthSimpleExample to error:
